One of my friends brought up a good point. "Why are people so afraid to die when it will happen eventually anyways?" She has a good point. It is a part of life's natural cycle so why are people trying to prevent it? Death shouldnt be a scary thing. Instead of being worried about dying I think people should worry about how they are going to die. I personally would like to die in my sleep, peacefully with no pain. Others *you know who you are* would rather die being burned alive in a fire. I asked about drowning and she suggested that water is scary because it has volume but no definite shape and plus you cant breathe. So again this person why people are so afraid of dying and I couldnt exactly answer her. I told her that as people, we naturally have too much (pride? or something) and that absolute will to live overcomes our rational feelings that we will indeed die one day. Yeah. I have strange friends.
